Position : Regional Sales Manager Grab the opportunity and Grow with usLocation: Gujarat/Karnataka Role: Full timeRequired Experience: 10 -15 yearQualification: M.SC/B.SC(Agri)/B.Tech (Agri)Job Description:Managing the sales process for the region both B2B and B2C including planning and executing the demand generation activities.- Strategies and manage the channel expansion- Design and execute channel promotion and business promotion schemes to ensure sales maximization.- Manage collections and receivables.- Work with the regional agronomist and the product development team to design and execute the market development activities.- Provide feedback to the leadership on product pricing, competitor activities and how to counter Candidate should be M.SC/B.SC(Agri)/B.Tech (Agri) with 15 plus years of experience and a good academic record right through from his school.- Should have worked in large agri-input companies in sales and marketing and heading a state/region for atleast 3 years.- Strong commercial acumen, team and channel handling experience.- Good communication skills and should be fluent in English, Hindi- Basic computer skills with MS Office- Role requires extensive travelling of more than 15 days a month (ref:updazz.com)
