Key Responsibilities :Tender Management :- Lead the end-to-end tendering process for Material Handling Equipment (MHE) projects.- Analyze tender documents and technical specifications to determine client requirements.- Prepare and submit tender proposals within specified deadlines, ensuring compliance with client and legal requirements.- Coordinate with sales, technical, and legal teams to gather all necessary information for tender submission.GeM Platform Expertise :- Ensure up-to-date knowledge of Government e-Marketplace (GeM) policies, processes, and requirements.- Manage the GeM portal for the organization, including product listing, bid submission, and compliance management.- Regularly monitor and track tender opportunities on GeM, ensuring timely responses to relevant tenders.Market Research & Analysis :- Conduct market research to identify new tender opportunities and track industry trends.- Analyze competitors bids and pricing strategies to develop competitive and winning tender proposals.Stakeholder Management :- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, procurement, legal, and finance to ensure seamless tender processes.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, government bodies, and key stakeholders.Compliance & Documentation :- Ensure all tenders comply with internal policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards.- Maintain and manage documentation related to tenders, contracts, and GeM submissions for audit and reference purposes.Post-Tender Management :- Track and follow up on submitted tenders, addressing any queries and concerns from clients.- Work closely with the project execution team to ensure smooth handover upon tender acceptance (ref:updazz.com)
