Executive - Customer Success (0-2 Yrs) Hyderabad (After-Sales/Customer Service)

Responsibilities :- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and goals.
-Act as the primary point of contact for new customers, providing guidance and support.
-Respond to customer feedback promptly and proactively.
-Monitor customer usage and satisfaction metrics.
-Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
-Work with sales and marketing teams to boost customer referrals and develop case studies.
-Provide timely solutions to enhance the customer experience.
-Connecting with leads in real time through calls and direct chats - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving their issues promptly - Adhering to established sales processes and standard operating procedures - Building high-quality relationships with customers and team members - Working collaboratively with the team to reach common goals - Providing accurate recommendations and information to customers and prospects - Achieving set targets and contributing to the success of the team - Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.Qualifications : - Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
