Job description :Role & responsibilities :- Sales Acquiring new customers, nurturing relationships with sourcing partners, and implementing sales activities to achieve targets- Customer service Ensuring high levels of customer service and providing all relevant information to customers during the lending cycle- Documentation Logging files, processing files digitally, and providing project updates to customers- Business Enhancing business through market share and geography penetration, and controlling NPA and collections- Portfolio health Ensuring the lend to collect culture is followed up and liaising with vendors- Customer assessment Conducting end-to-end customer assessments by visiting their business place, residence, and security proposed- Counseling Actively counseling home buyers on the potential of home loans and options available- Network building Building a DSA network in the assigned territory and maintaining productive relationships with channel partners and customers (ref:updazz.com)
