Position Purpose and Summary :The Key Account Manager will lead premium mall leasing across India. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of retail leasing within luxury malls, strong industry networks, and expertise in legal, commercial, and financial aspects of leasing. This role will drive strategic leasing efforts, engaging directly with senior-level stakeholders and ensuring successful store launches. The position is based in Mumbai and requires frequent travel across India. Essential Duties and Responsibilities :Mall Leasing & Relationship Management :1. Lead leasing activities for premium malls across India, targeting top luxury brands.2. Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders (mall owners, directors, mall brand management team) to secure optimal leasing outcomes.3. Act as a primary leasing contact, facilitating negotiations and aligning with brand and mall standards.Store Launch & Execution :1. Oversee end-to-end store launches, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely openings.2.
