Job Description : Require Male Academic Counselor with one years of sales experiencePosition : Academic CounselorLocation : 35A, North Avenue Road, Punjabi Bagh New Delhi- 110026 (Mon-Sat)Inside Sales (NO COLD CALLING)Responsibilities :- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students to assess their academic strengths, weaknesses, interests, and goals.- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to address student academic concerns and provide appropriate interventions.- Providing in-depth information to prospective learners, including counselling through phone, email & chat.- Stay updated with educational programs, curriculum changes, and university admissions requirements to provide accurate information to students.- Organize and conduct workshops, seminars, and presentations on study skills, time management, and other relevant topics.- Maintain accurate and confidential records of student interactions, counseling sessions, and academic progress.- Maintain effective communication till the time learner is on-boarded.- Monitor and track student academic performance, attendance, and behavior, providing timely interventions as needed- Collaborate with the career counseling team to guide students in exploring potential career paths and higher education options.Qualifications :- An Associate s degree or Bachelor s degree in any related field may be preferred- 0-1 years of experience for entry-level positions- Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English proficiency).- Ability to approach any situation with patience and very strong empathy- Ability work long hours during peak recruiting seasons- Passion for education and a deep understanding of the admissions process- Enthusiastic and willing to work relentlessly for achieving and exceeding business targets.
