Job descriptionJob Responsibilities/Key Account abilities : - Handling a team of health Agency- Managing the recruitment of Agents and Wellness Officers- Sales & Business Development of health insurance products- Should be balance between Sales & Claims- Arrange the product training programs and awareness session- Achievement of overall sales targets.- Execute sales promotional activities.Desired Competencies (Knowledge/Skills/Behaviours)- Good depth of knowledge about Insurance sector (preferably on Insurance Agency).- Strong background of Sales & Marketing experience.- Strong on communication with effective presentation skills.- Effectiveness in training to induct the team.Compensation & Benefits :- CTC upto 3.5 Lacs- Business related expenses- Lucrative incentives- Employee benefits:- Group Health Insurance,Term Life Insurance, Accident Insurance and leave benefits.
