Roles and Responsibilities : - Recruit, train, and develop the team of financial advisors. They should also receive continual coaching and mentoring to help them realize their full potential.
-We keep a careful eye on sales performance, examine market trends, and create winning plans to meet and exceed sales goals.
-Encourage the provision of outstanding customer service and make sure that the needs of your clients are constantly met and exceeded.
-To keep a competitive advantage and spot new business chances, analyze the actions of your competitors and market trends.

-Experience with BFSI and life insurance for at least a year.
