NEED OPERATORS FOR CNC (TOOL ROOM WORK) ,LATHE ,DRO MILLING Vacancy for Injection Molding Industry for Quality, Production, Tool Room Dear Candidate, We are recruiting for Automobile and Automotive Sector at Chennai and Hosur Qualification - Dip / BE Mech / Auto / ECE / EEE Key Responsibilities: Quality Control & Process Monitoring: Develop and implement inspection protocols and root cards to monitor production processes. Ensure that forged products meet dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and material specifications. Monitor in-process and final product quality, working closely with the production team to address issues proactively. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain inspection reports, quality records, and certificates of compliance. Create and maintain control plans, PFMEAs, and other quality-related documentation. Generate daily and monthly quality reports to track defects, rejections, and corrective actions.
