Job Description
Role Overview:& As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales of our software products. You ll use your MBA background and street-smart skills to connect with potential clients, understand their needs, and tailored solutions that add value to their business.
Key Responsibilities:&
Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.&
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and present our software solutions effectively.&
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our products.&
Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.&
Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the market.&
Reporting: Track sales activities, maintain accurate records, and report on performance metrics.&
Qualifications:&
Education: MBA degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.&
Experience: Freshers are welcome; no prior sales experience required.&
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and influence others.&
Street Smarts: Practical, adaptable, and resourceful, with a keen understanding of market dynamics and client behavior.&
Tech Savvy: Basic understanding of software solutions and technology trends is a plus.
