Working Days: 6 days for 6 months and after 6 months it will be alternate Saturday 's&

Working Hours: 10:30AM- 7:30PM&

Salary Budget: 30k-40k
Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant to Managing Director. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative support, managing diaries, and facilitating communication within the organization.&
Qualifications&

Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support&

Proficient in Administrative Assistance and Diary Management&

Strong communication skills&

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities&

Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion&

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills&

Knowledge of MS Office suite&

Relevant certification or degree in Administration or related field
