Real Estate Sales Executive

Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients. Manage property listings and conduct property viewings with potential buyers. Negotiate and close deals effectively with clients and property owners. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate markets and trends. Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients. Prepare and process necessary documentation and contracts. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth sales processes. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications: Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Executive or similar role. Strong understanding of the real estate market and property selling processes. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of professionalism and client-oriented approach. Valid real estate license (if required by the state). Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and real estate software applications.
