Job description (Tele Caller)- Making outbound calls for generating leads.- Supporting marketing activities through mailing and cold calling.- Maintain MIS reports and update the management on the status of all the prospects.- Ability to develop and maintain a positive working relationship with clients.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions Inbound/ Outbound calls- Follow up with leads.- Book appointment for field sales team with the emphasis on high - quality leads.- Interacting with the customers and providing them the information about the company products and services. Eligibility (Tele Caller)- Graduate/Under Graduate with 1-3 year of experience- Hybrid working(Preferably from Pune)- Excellent Communication Skills in English- Should possess sound Analytical, Decision Making and Problem Solving Skills.-Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Word preferred.- Self-motivating skills.- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment as well as independently.- Ability to deliver result display Personal Accountability- Tele calling Experience with HR Heads/CEO/Senior management is an added advantage.- Female candidates only.
