Job Description
Key Responsibilities:1. Growth Strategy & Market Expansion : Formulate and execute growth strategies to boost market share and hit revenue goals.2. Team Leadership & Direction : Oversee cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, engineering, and operations to ensure cohesive execution.3. Project Management & Supervision : Direct solar project development from planning to construction, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.4. Sales Strategy & Outreach : Drive revenue growth by developing impactful marketing strategies and fostering strong customer and stakeholder relationships.5. Financial Administration : Oversee budgeting, P&L, and financial planning to ensure profitability and sustainability.6. Government Engagement : Build and maintain relationships with government bodies, policymakers, and industry groups to advocate for solar energy.7. Product Innovation & Technological Solutions : Stay ahead of industry advancements and implement cutting-edge technologies and best practices.8. Risk Analysis : Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful solar project execution.Qualifications & Skills:Experience :- Minimum of 7-10 years of sales experience in the solar, renewable energy, or power generation industry.- At least 3 years in a leadership role, managing large sales teams and driving business growth, state and national level projects.Skills:- Proven track record in closing large deals and driving multi-million-dollar sales.- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.- Ability to understand complex technical products and explain them to diverse stakeholders.- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.- Strong knowledge of solar products, energy storage solutions, and industry regulations.Education:- Bachelor s degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, BSC or a related field.
