Junior Designer - Technical

House Of Elm is seeking a passionate individual with proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Autodesk Revit, Adobe Indesign & Ms Office. As a part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and collaborate with experienced professionals in the industry.
Key responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with senior designers to develop innovative interior design drawings for Hotel projects.
2. Create detailed floor plans & working drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
3. Utilize Ms Office to streamline project management processes and enhance team collaboration.
5. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
6. Stay updated on the latest interior design trends and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the design team.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience. Other requirements 2. You will work closely with the Principal Designer in concept development, design development, & documentation of projects. 3. Candidate needs to be extremely proficient in project research and knowledge of execution and detailing. 4. Preferred candidates must have previous experience in high end hospitality & F&B projects. 5. Bachelor 's graduates in architecture or Interior design. 6. You should be proficient in Revit, AutoCAD and Microsoft office is a must. 7. Minimum 1 yr of post graduate experience working as a drafting designer. 8. Outstanding communication skills, ability to work in collaborative environment. 9. Strong writing skills (narratives, design proposals, minutes of meeting etc.).
