Job Title : Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing Qualification : BE/B. Tech (Mechanical)/MBA(Marketing) Experience : Min.7 yrs. experience in Sales & Marketing (Valve/Actuator/Technical Industrial Product Sales experience) Location : Viman Nagar, Pune Salary : Depend on interview Knowledge & Experience : - Minimum 8 to 10 years experience with wide exposure particularly Oil & Gas industry both domestic & Export market is highly desired.
-Knowledge of Application & System Engineering is added advantage.
-Very Good communication skills are must.
-Deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
-Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
-Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
-Hands on experience with Vendor registration, enquiry generation to Sales Order along with Sales MIS of forecast & strategy is desired.
-Support marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
-Collaborate on creating effective promotional materials.
-Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their requirements.
-Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly.
-Use insights for sales forecasting and strategy adjustments.
-Work closely with sales and cross-functional teams for integrated efforts.
-Mentor and support junior team members.
-Monitor sales metrics and prepare reports for management review.
