Key Responsibilities:
1. Post job ads on different platforms.
2. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
3. Conduct interviews and assess candidates ' skills.
4. Work with hiring managers to understand their needs.
5. Keep track of candidate applications and feedback.
Requirements:
1. Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
2. Basic understanding of different job roles.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong organizational skills.
