Roles & Responsibilities: - As a customer support executive, you will be responsible to interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, issues and requests.
-Respond to requests through chats for information in a timely, professional and positive manner to develop strong customer relations.
-Deep dive into actual issues/concerns raised by users and liaise with internal teams to find a resolution.
