Inside Sales Role - Freight Forwarding (3-10 Yrs) Mumbai (Telesales/Inside Sales/BPO)

Role : Inside Sales Mandatory Experience Required : Should have worked with Freight Forwarding Companies for at least 3 years .Skills Required :- Should have good negotiating skills.- Should be aware of inco terms and it usage.- Should have working experience of imports and exports processes with regards to ocean & air.- Should be passionate about conversion of prospective leads.- Should have a customer centric approach towards existing and new customers.Roles and Responsibilities :- Key responsibility convert every enquiry into business opportunity.- Responsible for creating sales goals to aid in achieving targets.- Supervise accounts daily to retain existing relationships.- Responsible for price and service negotiation with customers and carriers.- Responsible for supervising shipments until delivery completed to guarantee smooth operations and customer satisfaction in coordination with imports/exports team.
