Coordinate with maintenance Department with Machine production plan to facilitate Preventive Maintenance Schedule. Communicating with Maintenance department on daily basis to keep the machine in good condition to achieve targeted OEE and NEE. Ensure implementation of GMP and reduction in machine down time. Targeted wastage reduction. Cost saving proposals and implementation of the same. Effective process control and analysis to achieve Process Stability Effective production balancing, reduction of regrind material generation, & effective utilization of regrinding material, if generated.ation: Incharge Vacancy: 2 Location: sriperambattur , Chennai Shift: 12hrs Qualification: Diploma,BE,EEE Exp: 1-2 yrs Ensuring FIFO in disbursement & dispatch.
