Job Title : Key Account Manager (B2B)Location : Koramangala, BangaloreMode of Working : 6 days; WFOExperience Range: 5 yearsAbout the Key Account Manager position :- We are looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to oversee the relationships of the company with its most important clients. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long-term key customers by comprehending their requirements.- The ideal candidate will be apt to build strong relationships with strategic customers. You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction.- The goal is to contribute to sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.Key Account Manager responsibilities are :- Developing relationships with a portfolio of major clients- Understanding customer needs- Providing regular reports of progress on account(s)- Extending the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their needs- Assuring timely deliveries to customers- Managing payment collection- Serving as the communication hub between customers and internal team members- Resolving disputes.Key Account Manager requirements are :- Experience as a Key Account Manager (minimum 5 years)- Experience in sales- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills- Able to negotiate well- Comfortable in traveling to different parts of Karnataka- Should possess basic computer knowledge (ref:updazz.com)
