Job Title: IT Software Product Sales SpecialistExperience: Should have 4 years of relevant experience Location: ChennaiIT Software Product Sales Specialist (European Market Focus)We are seeking a driven, results-oriented IT Software Product Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team with a keen focus on the European market. This role is pivotal in driving our company s revenue growth by expertly identifying, qualifying, and converting leads into satisfied customers through strategic sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be adept at working with international clients, demonstrating a high level of proficiency in understanding diverse business cultures and customer needs.Responsibilities : - Lead Management : - Efficiently manage inbound leads generated through various marketing campaigns, prioritizing them based on fit and potential value.
-Utilize a mix of research, networking, and social selling techniques to identify and establish connections within target accounts.
-Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, and decision-making authority, with a strong emphasis on working with international clients.Strategic Outreach : - Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns tailored to the European market.
-Conduct cold calls and other outreach strategies to identify and qualify potential customers, incorporating research to understand potential clients needs and fitment thoroughly.
-Implement nurturing strategies to evolve qualified leads into sales opportunities. Pre-Sales Excellence : - Stay informed about industry trends, competitor landscapes, and potential client backgrounds.
-Craft tailored sales presentations, demo content, and sales support documents to align with specific customer needs across various industry verticals.
-Show initiative in researching potential clients and making phone outreach to understand their needs, ensuring a personalized approach.Demonstration Mastery : - Demonstrate creativity and resourcefulness in developing tailored sales demos and strategies aimed at the European market, respecting cultural preferences and time zone differences.
-Deliver engaging, customized online product demonstrations, effectively handling objections and showcasing product expertise.Qualifications : - A minimum of 4 year of experience in B2B sales, IT product sales, or a related field, with a strong record of exceeding sales targets.
-Demonstrated experience in dealing with international clients, with a willingness to conduct deep research and make targeted outreach calls.
-Excellent communication, presentation skills, and the ability to develop different ideas and strategies in sales pitches.
-Proficiency in CRM software, marketing automation tools, and experience with email marketing campaigns is highly regarded.
