Executive - Telesales (0-2 Yrs) Gurgaon/Gurugram (Telesales/Inside Sales/BPO)

Responsibilities :Customer Engagement :- Call existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.- Use sales scripts provided by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.Order Management :- Accurately record details of customers purchase orders.- Process all customer purchases accordingly.Lead Generation :- Generate promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue.Customer Account Management :- Manage customer accounts by ensuring existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.- Develop and sustain solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.Product Knowledge :- Develop in-depth knowledge of company products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers needs and preferences.Target Achievement :- Continually meet or exceed daily and monthly targets concerning call volume and sales.Requirements :Technical Skills :- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.- The ability to follow scripts.Sales Skills :- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.- Effective communication skills.- Exceptional customer service skills.Experience : 6 months to 2 years of work experience in telesales.Benefits :Work Schedule :- 6 days working with rotational shifts.- 9-hour shifts.Compensation :- Salary up to 35k CTC.- Incentives 40k .- 100rs conveyance per day.Additional Perks :- Breakfast/ dinner provided.- PF/ESI/Medical benefits.- Same-day selection process.- Good communication skills are required.Qualifications : Any qualification.Experience :- Fresher eligible when a person is a Graduate, Under Graduate should have experience - Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
