Job Description
We need a person capable of handling the sales TSO at multiple locations and being able to drive sales metrics. Thus, the role of an ASM for a small FMCG brand may suit the requirements, with FMCG experience of 2-6 years team handling experience of 2-5 years is a must for this profile.Role and Responsibilities:- Customer Development1. Identify local business brand/product distribution opportunities and challenges.2. Act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers/brand teams3. Work with accounts and push for Coverage, Revenue, and collection.4 Collaborate with different territories to share best practices.- Reporting1 Report on area sales results (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually).2. Work closely with hub teams to meet individual and group sales quotas.- In sales1 Be able to lead & manage a team of 5-6 TSO s 2 Be able to answer queries on features, benefits and pricing.3 Be able to cross-sell products, when appropriate.4 Be able to manage retail, wholesale general & modern trade5. Ensuring working capital is kept in check through timely market collections by the team- Market Development1 Be able to identify the right stores for products in the assigned area.2 Be able to map store clusters into workable beats.3 Be able to assign the right credit & delivery terms for each store.4 Be able to list products and manage SAMT/Key AccountsBackground:- Must have FMCG sales background (Packaged Food, Home care; Personal Care or both) and multiple category knowledge. 2-6 years of experience.- Have a drive for retail & strong WS management.- Candidates with multiple category experience with multiple companies would have an edge- Must be able to handle PDA / Smart-phone and basic knowledge of using sales apps.- Excel knowledge is a must.
