Key Responsibilities :-
1. Talent Sourcing: Assist in sourcing potential candidates through various
channels such as job portals, social media.
2. Candidate Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates for further consideration.
3. Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases and
recruitment trackers.
4. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR
team.
Qualifications:-
1 Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
2 Experience in HR management and personnel management
3 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4 Ability to work independently and remotely
5 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
6 Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
Duration: 6 months
