Job Description
Job Responsibilities: -- Acquiring new Life Agents or Advisors on a regular basis. Licensing and tracking activation of the same regularly.- Handling the Life retail Product- Building relationships with Life agents.- Regular visit on field for sale of Life policies with agents or individual.- Coordinating with other departments such as Underwriting, Claims, & Operations- To meet Agents, Lead providers, intermediaries on regular basis and maintaining records in a planned manner.- Training and motivating the Life agents to qualify contests and thus bring in incremental business.Crucial Tasks and Commitments:- Find new methods to hire agents and build a strong team.- Help current agents get better and find new agents.- Work with agents to set and review their goals.- Make and follow business plans each month, quarter, and year to reach targets.- Spot training needs for agents and work with trainers to help them improve.Share your resume on WhatsApp at 8849711957 (ref:updazz.com)
