Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, provide feedback, and address any operational challenges. Chargeback Processing: Oversee the day-to-day handling of chargeback cases, ensuring compliance with payment network Visa, MasterCard, Amex and issuer-specific regulations. Ensure cases are processed accurately, including retrieval requests, representments, and arbitration cases.
