Job Description :We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Salesforce Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce and a proven track record in business development. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth within our Salesforce practice.Key Responsibilities:1. Business Development :- Identify, target, and acquire new clients for Salesforce services, leveraging company reputation and expertise.- Develop and execute strategic business plans that align with Company s growth objectives in the Salesforce domain.- Analyze market trends, competition, and client needs to identify opportunities for business expansion.2. Client Engagement :- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.- Understand client pain points and objectives to propose customized Salesforce solutions.- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.3. Sales Strategy & Execution :- Collaborate with company s technical and marketing teams to create compelling sales pitches and proposals.- Drive sales initiatives and campaigns that promote company s Salesforce offerings, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the Salesforce practice.4. Partnership & Networking :- Work closely with Salesforce and other strategic partners to identify joint business opportunities.- Represent company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the company s market presence.- Build a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and industry knowledge.5. Reporting & Analysis :- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates and insights to senior management.- Develop sales forecasts and budgets in line with company expectations.- Continuously analyze sales processes and strategies, recommending improvements as needed.Qualifications : - Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field; MBA preferred.- 7-10 years of experience in business development or sales, with a focus on Salesforce solutions.- Proven ability to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets within the Salesforce ecosystem.- Strong knowledge of Salesforce products, solutions, and the broader CRM market.- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively, in a fast-paced environment.- Experience with Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Consultant, etc.) is a plus.What We Offer :- Competitive salary and incentive structure.- Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, etc.- Opportunities for professional growth and development within a rapidly expanding company.- A supportive and innovative work environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
