Job Purpose : As a Inside Sales - Team Lead, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and leading a team of inside sales representatives to success. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a passion for sales, and a dedication to delivering outstanding customer service. The Inside Sales Team Lead will be responsible for managing day- to-day sales operations, coaching and developing team members, and driving sales performance.Areas of Responsibility :Leadership and Team Management :- Lead and motivate a team of inside sales representatives to achieve sales targets and KPIs.- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members to help them succeed in their roles.- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages open communication, teamwork, and continuous improvement.- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and performance expectations.- Monitor individual and team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.Sales Strategy and Execution :- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to capitalize on.- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotions to generate leads and support sales efforts.- Track sales metrics and KPIs to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.- Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports.Customer Relationship Management :- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet them.- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support.- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and effectively.- Work closely with the customer success team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and drive customer retention.Training and Development :- Develop and implement training programs to onboard new hires and ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for existing team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to support the professional growth and development of team members.Collaboration and Communication :- Collaborate closely with other departments, including marketing, customer success, and product development, to ensure alignment and support company objectives.- Communicate effectively with senior management, providing regular updates on sales performance, key initiatives, and challenges.- Act as a liaison between the inside sales team and other departments, facilitating cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving.Revenue : TargetsKindly Note :1. Experience in Sales call script and quality monitoring is required.2. Should have experience working on one or more CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, Hubspot etc.3.
