Telecaller - Real Estate (1-3 Yrs) Mumbai (Telesales/Inside Sales/BPO)

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated tele callers to handle appointment fixing for site visits. As a tele caller, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, providing them with detailed information about our luxury real estate projects and scheduling site visits.Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to potential clients to inform them about our luxury real estate projects- Schedule appointments for site visits- Provide excellent customer service and address any queries or concerns- Maintain and update client databases with accurate information- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve targetsWork Schedule:Work Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM6 days working with a rotational week off between Monday and WednesdayQualifications:- 2-3 years of tele calling experience in the luxury real estate segment- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (Gujarati is a plus)- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detailSalary :- 28,000 - 30,000 per month, based on your interview performanceWhat We Offer:- Competitive salary and performance-based incentives- A supportive and collaborative work environment- Opportunities for professional growth and development (ref:updazz.com)
