Job Description
The Associate Agency Development Manager will assist in recruiting, training, and managing insurance advisors to support business growth and achieve sales targets.Key Responsibilities :- Recruit and onboard new insurance advisors.- Organize and deliver training programs.- Monitor advisor performance and provide support.- Contribute to business development and relationship management.- Ensure compliance with company policies and prepare performance reports.Requirements :- Bachelor s degree is essential.- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales roles, with a focus on field sales.- Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goals.- Strong leadership, mentoring, and client relationship management abilities.- Expertise in analyzing sales data and tracking performance metrics.- Local residency is required.How to apply : 9558566605 (ref:updazz.com)
