Accounts Executive jobs at chennai Job description: Position - Accounts Executive Work Location -Chennai Work From Office Salary - 20K to 35K based on previous salary Qualification - Any Graduate Experience - 1 to 5 years of accounting experience Working Experience in a CA firm is must 6 days working (Monday to Saturday) Shifts - Day Shift Gender - Male KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Recording financial transactions and maintaining accurate general ledgers. Processing and reconciling bank statements, invoices, and receipts. Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable. Performing bank reconciliations and ensuring the accuracy of financial data. Preparing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Following up on outstanding payments and collections. Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards. Assisting with month-end and year-end closing processes. Preparation of Income tax filings and compliance requirements. Preparation & filing of GST Returns Preparation & filing of TDS Returns Assisting with internal and external audits. Following accounting policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
