Job Summary:
Bachelor 's/ Master 's Degree in Civil Engineering from a reputed Institute with more than 12 years of experience in estimation, engineering co:ordination, front end and detaileddesign of structures/ foundations for large industrial projects preferably related to Oil, Gas and Petrochemical plants.Candidate should have worked in an engineering office or consultancy of repute performing relevant work.Candidate should have exposure to Indian, US, Euro and other foreign codes/standards and local practices.Candidate should have exposure to 3D modeling and viewing tools such as S3D, Tekla, Naviswork, SPR and shall be proficient in use of industry standard Structural and Finite Element Analysis package such as STAAD Pro, SAP, ETABS, Midas, Ansys etc.
Major Responsibilities:
:
Should have experience of managing all Civil / Structural Bulk and Tagged Items: Like Structural Steel, Rebars, Anchor bolts, Fire Doors, Blast Doors, etc, as covered in RPMS:SPC:CS:003, preferably in
:
a PMC role for mega projects.

The management function mentioned above,shall cover review and compiling MTO 's from various EPCM contractors, giving procurement advise on the same, review PR/PO for technical accuracy and
:
expediting wherever needed. It shall also include quality data transfer from the EPCM to the Construction / Fabricator as may be the case.

Should be adept at required engineering / software tools (Bechtel tools / or others) to manage the materials and able to customise as needed.

Shall be able to collate the surplus CS material spread across various RIL sites and advise on "design to surplus " for surplus inventory liquidation
:
Generate periodic reports as required for Material Status. This shall include Critical Item and Constraint Identification. Should be able to advise / expedite on constraint resolution.

Should be able to guide on technical acceptance of material substitution during project execution and provide approval.
:
Ensure on time expediting of MRQ/MRP.
