Urgent Hiring for Maintenance Engineers 2024 Batch Job Description Responsibilities  Examines the equipment, grounds, and building.  Takes care of required maintenance and repairs.  Installs appliances and other equipment.  Complies with state and local building codes.  Adheres to all workplace safety policies.  Writes shift reports and maintains a maintenance journal.  Notifies the clients or the maintenance manager of any problems.  Quickly attends to requests for maintenance and repairs.  If necessary, loads and unloads tools and equipment onto work vehicles.  Complies with verbal and written directions from clients or the maintenance manager.  Works along with contractors and the maintenance crew as needed.  Reads and complies with written instructions, such as manuals and blueprints.  Makes use of various tools, such as manual, electric, plumbing, and power tools.
