Roles and Responsibilities:
End-to-end sales of vacant and new properties through leads assigned in CRM
Calling cold leads and Conducting Site Visits of interested clients to relevant properties.
Managing negotiations with Buyers and ensuring deal closures
Achieving target of 5 to 6 prospective site visits every week.
