Roles and Responsibilities:&
Must have experience working with Builders and Developers and not with Channel Partners
& Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.&
Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI clients to ensure repeat business.&
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities and results.&
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the luxury residential market.&
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns and promotions.&
Provide guidance and support to the sales team to ensure achievement of targets.&
Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing of deals.&
Participate in negotiations and prepare contracts and agreements.
Key Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.&
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.&
Strong negotiation and closing skills.&
Self-motivated and driven to succeed.&
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.&
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
