Wanted Telemarketing Executive, Pune

As a Telecaller, you are responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely and collect desired information from the clients.
Marketing of the product & generating client s details on a daily basis.
Explain the product or service to potential clients.
Contact customers to follow up on initial interaction.
Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective clients.
Keeping up to date on all products & informing customers of new products.
Requirements -
1. Main goal is to boost our sales by reaching out to the existing clients as well as potential clients.
2. Min. 1 yr. Work experience as a Telecaller, TeleMarketer, or a similar role.
3. You are also required to write down important information provided by the customer and follow up with them on a regular basis.
4. Graduation in any field.
5. Computer knowledge is must.(Excel must)
6. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
7. Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
8. The patience & ability to engage clients in conversation.
9. Phenomenal telephone etiquette is essential for this position.
