Customer Service Representative

This is a full-time onsite position as a Customer Service Executive/ Sr. Executive at MetroRide 's Hyderabad location. As a CSE, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional support and service. Your day -to -day tasks will include handling customer inquiries and resolving issues, maintaining communication channels, and contributing communication channels, and contributing to sales efforts.
Mandatory Requirements-
1. Fluency in Kannada, Telugu, Hindi, English are mandatory for this role. Please apply only if you meet the requirements.
2. Bachelor 's Degree.
3. Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in a similar Customer Service role is a must.
4. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
5. Good knowledge of customer management software and MS office.
6. Strong problem-solving skills, Good and Mindful Behavior.
