Job brief
Creating and delivering vital Sales strategies and play a crucial role in the success of an organisation.
Responsibilities
Responsible for sales and promotion of products to clients in India &majorly in International Market.
Identifying Business Opportunities: This involves researching and identifying potential markets, industries, and clients that align with the company 's goals and capabilities.
Building and Maintaining Client Relationships: Developing and nurturing relationships with existing and potential clients to increase business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Sales and Revenue Generation: Meeting or exceeding sales targets by actively pursuing new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
Market Research and Analysis: Conducting market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, and using this information to develop strategies for business growth.
Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing strategic plans to expand the business, enter new markets, and achieve long-term growth objectives.
Partnership Development: Identifying and establishing partnerships with other businesses, organizations, or individuals that can contribute to the company 's growth and success.
Product Development Support: Collaborating with product development team to identify market needs, gather customer feedback, and help shape the development of new products or services.
Marketing and Branding Support: Working closely with marketing to develop marketing strategies, campaigns, and materials that support business development efforts and enhance the company 's brand image.
Financial Management: Monitoring and managing budgets, forecasting revenue, and ensuring that business development activities are cost-effective and contribute positively to the company 's financial performance.
Reporting and Analysis: Providing regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing data to track progress against goals, and identifying areas for improvement or adjustment in business development strategies.
Working closely with MD for sourcing of chemicals as & when required.
Requirements and skills
Previous experience of 8 - 10 years in Dyes Chemical, Textile or Paper industry preferable
Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets
Developing relationships with clients
Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets
Representing the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events
Maximizing new business development opportunities
Excellent Written & Verbal communication Skills
Preferably MBA in Marketing Management
