Job Description : HIPPO Developer
Day to Day job Duties:(what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis)
:
Support anyone using non:CMS component which interfaces with the Content Management System (CMS), clarity on demarcation of functionality implemented with CMS vis a vie another system.
:
Support anyone using a non:CMS component, with clarity on dataflow between myriad systems interfacing with the CMS setup of the customer.
:
Represent the CMS team in meetings with non:CMS stakeholders of customer, where one is able to articulate well the current CMS architecture.
:
To respond to customer queries and help them separate a feature from a functional defect.
:
To work on support tickets.
:
To work on development task like coding / debugging / and unit Testing.
:
To support QA team wherever required.
:
Documentation like HLD and LLD of complex modules in CMS space.
:
Code/document reviews of other CMS developers in the team
:
Support production deployments and validations after that.
:
Support patching activities including weekend support wherever required.
:
Interaction with onshore to keep them up to date with latest information and expectations to avoid any escalations.
:
Attend and participate in all agile ceremonies with the team.
Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each)
:
Minimum 8 years of overall experience on development projects
:
Minimum 3 years of recent development experience with Java Based content management (Bloom reach experience manager :Hippo CMS).
:
Minimum 5 years of experience on Java/J2EE projects and also good exposure on Java8.
:
Minimum 2 years on creating and consuming REST based service
:
Minimum 1 years of experience in GraphQL by using Apollo Client and JSON
:
Minimum 1 years ' experience on Agile Methodology based project
:
Degree: Bachelor 's in computer science or related field
Nice to Have; (But not a must)
:
Working experience with Apache wicket
:
Working experience with React and Node JS
:
Working experience with NOSQL DB(Couchbase)
:
Working experience with AWS S3
:
Working experience with GIT , Bitbucket
