As a telecaller, you will be responsible for:- Maintaining CRM and MIS on daily basis- Calling potential students and informing them about our courses and benefits- Answering queries and resolving doubts of students- Persuading students to enroll in our courses and completing the payment process- Maintaining records of calls and follow-ups- Achieving sales targets and meeting quality standardsTo be a successful tele caller, you should have:- A graduate degree in any discipline (preferable)- Any prior experience in tele calling or sales (optional)- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati- A friendly and persuasive personality- Ability to provide excellent support to the students,- Proven track record of meeting sales targets- Experience in educational sales is a plus- Has context menuInterested Candidates share that profile (ref:updazz.com)
