Basic qualifications -- Minimum 4 years experience at a fast-paced advertisement agency- Should be an idea person with experience handling clients; can rally creative and digital teams around the central idea and concept- Excellent at formulating and presenting ideas for marketing and brand communications- Participate in and lead brainstorming sessions . Ideate, write and execute original and iconic creative concepts in response to brand managers briefs, objectives, or goals- Passionate about new-age creative formats and creating brand campaigns - including social media reels, shorts, and digital ad films.- Can write and tailor the content and copy according to their purpose - whether they are intended to sell, engage, or inform- Ability to deliver omnichannel copywriting, including presentations, manifestos, scripts, everything digital, webpages, blogs, social media, slogans, and news releases.
