Job Description :- Seeking a professional to join our team as a Manager/Sales Executive . The role involves marketing and selling high-end medical equipment, conducting product demonstrations, and providing technical support to medical professionals.Key Responsibilities :- Develop and execute effective strategies for marketing and selling medical equipment.- Conduct product demonstrations in operation theaters to showcase features and benefits.- Provide comprehensive technical support and instruction to medical personnel and advanced users.- Ensure 100% customer retention through proactive relationship building and addressing customer needs.- Lead and develop a team of Sales and Service Engineers.- Independently manage the assigned territory, meeting monthly targets.- Monitor and follow up on government tenders and related opportunities.- Collaborate with internal teams for tender proposal preparation.Required Candidate Profile :- Education : Graduate in BE/B.Tech/Electronics/Bio-Medical.- Experience : 2-7 years in the Medical Devices/Equipment industry preferably in Laparoscopy/Urology/Gynaecology etc.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Comfortable attending operation theatres and interacting with surgeons.- Good exposure of MS Office.- Willingness to travel extensively.- Experience in Sales Support in Medical Devices/Medical Equipment.- Should be comfortable to attend OT with different Surgeons/Doctors.
