This is an exciting opportunity to lead the sales, business development, and governance of our Data Center Colocation products. You will play a key role in driving revenue and market share in this rapidly growing industry.Responsibilities:Lead Business Development:- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow market share and revenue for Data Center Colocation products.- Collaborate with sales teams to identify and qualify new opportunities.- Build strong relationships with key accounts and industry partners.Technical Expertise:- Provide expert consultation and design solutions for Data Center Colocation needs of Government, Large & Mid Enterprise customers across various sectors.- Stay informed on the latest industry trends, competitor landscape, and customer requirements.Deal Management:- Manage the entire sales cycle, from opportunity identification to deal closure, ensuring smooth - collaboration with internal teams (Sales, Product, Finance).- Drive proposals, negotiations, and contract finalization to secure deals.Qualifications:Education:- Minimum Bachelor s degree in any discipline (MBA a plus).Experience:- 8-12 years of experience in Data Center Colocation, Managed IT Services, Pre-sales/Business Development, or IT Infrastructure.Skills:- Strong understanding of Data Center Colocation industry and solutions.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.- High-level and low-level design document creation, proposal writing, and Bill of Materials preparation experience.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies.- Strong leadership and collaboration skills.- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives.Diversity Hiring:We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
