The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce technologies, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.Roles & Responsibilities:- Prospect and qualify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other lead-generation methods.- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at prospective client organizations.- Develop and execute strategy for New Logo Acquisition within the USA.- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand clients business challenges and objectives.- Generate, contribute, track, and manage new sales and account plan information - Promote solutions-selling with a focus on value-add techniques to identify business needs, develop customized solutions, and establish business partners at the customer s C-Suite Level.- Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales.- Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face-to-face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking.- Qualify prospects against TechMatrix Data criteria for ideal customers and sales.- Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with prospects.- Make presentations to internal and customer senior leaders and decision-makers.- Collaborate with internal teams, including pre-sales, solution architects, and implementation specialists, to develop comprehensive proposals and demonstrations.- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring win-win outcomes.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.- Must have worked in US Market in IT Domain.- Must be able to maintain daily tracker with status and follow ups details.- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Qualification:- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT or CRM software industry in US Market.
