Qualification: - Bachelor s degree in civil engineering or MBA Marketing or International Business Development Executive 0 to 3 years in sales industry.- International Sales and Marketing experience.- Candidates with US, UK, Ireland, Europe travel experience would be preferred- Must be proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)- Must be proficient in English (writing & speaking)- CRM experience is preferred - Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success - Strong negotiation skills - Strong communication and presentation skills Experience : Experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) Industry is a must.Responsibilities :- Market Research & Cold Calling- Build relationships with prospective clients - Closely work with Sales Manager and prepare sales presentation.- Attend sales meetings, prepare meeting notes, follow-up with technical team regarding action item.- Closely monitor all the activities related to key customers, participate in technical meetings, project kick-off meetings- Should be able to work in US shift- Analyze market and establish competitive advantages.- Track metrics to ensure targets are hit (ref:updazz.com)
