Job Description
Position title : IT Inside Sales Representative CTC : 5- 6 LPA Experience : 3-5 years Location : Bangalore Working Mode : On-Site Primary skills : IT Hardware & software sales, B2B sales, B2C sales and End to End sales. Qualification : Any Engineering/Computers degreeResponsibilities : - Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective B2B and B2C clients to generate leads and identify sales opportunities.
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate IT solutions.
-Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
-Educate clients about the features and benefits of our IT infrastructure, software solutions, SAAS products, and cloud services.
-Provide pre-sales support by conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals and addressing customer inquiries.
-Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
-Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to effectively position our products and services in the market.
-Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
-Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional activities to drive sales growth.
-Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our brand and network with potential clients.Requirements :- Bachelor s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
-3-6 years of experience in IT infrastructure and solution service sales, preferably in an enterprise environment.
-Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
-Strong understanding of IT-based hardware and software solutions, cloud services and SAAS products.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
-Proficiency in cold calling, lead generation, and prospecting techniques.
-Self-motivated and result-oriented with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
-Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
-Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.
-Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events. (ref:updazz.com)
