-Depending on the relationship between these companies, the other company is referred to by different names: partner, distributor, affiliate, etc.Coordinate with dealers and distributors- Business-to-business (B2B) is a transaction or business conducted between one business and another, such as a wholesaler and retailer.- B2B transactions tend to happen in the supply chain, where one company will purchase raw materials from another to be used in the manufacturing process.- Domestic Sales are recognized at the point of dispatch of goods to the customers from factory.- Domestic Sales are disclosed net of Value Added Tax, discounts and returns as applicable.
