Job Description
The Direct Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and profitability within the agency channel. This role involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulations.Key Responsibilities :- Sales Management : Develop and execute sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for the agency channel. Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.- Team Leadership : Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing sales team. Provide ongoing coaching and support to maximize individual and team performance.- Agency Development : Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners. Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the agency channel.- Market Analysis : Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. Develop strategies to capitalize on market dynamics.- Performance Management : Set clear performance expectations for the sales team.
