About the Department:
Finance GBS, established in 2007, is now a robust organization with over 600 full:time employees. We are responsible for supporting Sourcing Analytics, Procurement to Payment, Record to Report, Financial Planning and Analytics, Process and Digital Excellence, and Commercial Analytics for all Novo Nordisk affiliates/countries. Our primary mission is to consistently deliver exceptional service to our stakeholders and enhance the value of our processes.
The position
As an Associate Analyst within Finance GBS, your primary objective is to achieve the goals for accounts receivables, focusing on tasks within the Order to Cash (O2C) process. In this role, you will:

Review accounts on a daily basis and perform necessary actions on follow:up with customers and internal stakeholders.
:
Perform reconciliations with customers and internal customers. Take necessary actions on customer requests within appropriate timelines, such as cash allocations and statement requests.
:
Use appropriate tools to identify and track open items, disputes, and other relevant information.
:
Be the single point of contact within the affiliate/customer on queries for open accounts receivable items.
:
Govern the customer master and ensure all updates are done on time. Escalate any unresolved issues and concerns in a timely manner.

Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and SOPs. Collaborate with the team lead to set up training and quality control processes.

Contribute to process improvements and initiatives to enhance overall service delivery.
Qualifications
:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
:
A bachelor 's degree in a relevant field.
:
Fluency in written and spoken English.
:
Over 6 years of experience in cash applications, accounts receivables, and other relevant areas in O2C.
:
Knowledge of reconciliation, receivables management, and credit risk (good to have).
:
Strong data profiling and quality assessment skills.
:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
:
Knowledge of SAP Finance module (FI) and low/no code applications is advantageous.
